Assessments: Data and Decisions

This is session is for Special Education (EdSPEC) teachers

This session will look at the importance of assessment in guiding effective goal writing and monitoring.  

Participants will be introduced to a number of different formative assessment possibilities that can be immediately implemented in their classrooms.  In addition, data tracking tools will be shared to help teachers not only record student assessment data more effectively, but also to enable EdSPEC teachers to successfully share results on student data when asked to report on progress made on SMART IEP goals.

The $25.00 registration fee applies to teachers who are not enrolled in SMCOE's Teacher Induction Program. For teachers currently enrolled in the San Mateo County Induction Program, this event has no fee.
