Creating Inspiring Environments

Participants will develop an understanding of the principles for creating high-quality early childhood classroom environments and see slides of exemplary classrooms. 

Participants will learn to: 
  • Organize learning materials 
  • Embed curriculum in the environment 
  • Create a classroom identity and a "sense of place"
  • Develop a sense of aesthetics 
  • Create a sense of softness 
  • Develop a place of wonder and delight 
This training may be eligible for the QRIS Teacher Stipend Program.
