Board Meeting Attendance
Board meetings are held at the San Mateo County Office of Education (101 Twin Dolphin Dr., Redwood City, CA 94065). Members of the public may choose to attend remotely over Zoom (except for meetings when a remote option is not offered).
Board meeting format, day, time, or location may change under special circumstances; please check specific agendas for the most updated information.

Board Meeting Recordings
Past board meeting recordings are on the Board's YouTube webpage. Recordings are posted within two days of each regular board meeting. Recordings of meetings without a remote attendance option and offsite special meetings will not be posted.
Board Meeting Procedures
All Board actions authorized or required by state law must take place in open session to give the public an opportunity to be heard. Board members are to receive agendas and related materials in advance of each meeting, allowing time for preparation. Agendas and other Board materials are available to the public at the meeting. Agendas must be posted 72 hours before a regular meeting, 24 hours before a special meeting, and 1 hour before an emergency meeting per the Brown Act.
The Board may meet in closed session to discuss interdistrict attendance appeals, facility issues, and possible litigation. Any action resulting from a discussion in closed session must be announced in open session. Meetings are governed by Robert's Rules of Order.
