The San Mateo County Early Learning and Care Career Development Initiative Stipend Program
The San Mateo County Early Learning and Care (ELC) Career Development Initiative Stipend Program (formerly known as the AB 212 Teacher Stipend) is funded through a variety of grants from the California Department of Education (CDE), First 5 California, and First 5 San Mateo County, and is administered by the San Mateo County Child Care Partnership Council (CCPC) at the San Mateo County Office of Education. It is an incentive program designed to encourage ELC professionals working in San Mateo County to pursue training and education and to remain in the field. Partners include:
