Respect Isn’t a Rule - It’s a Culture Shift challenges schools to move beyond performative kindness and toward systems that support every student, especially those most often marginalized. This year’s Respect! 24/7 initiative centers bold conversations around youth voice, PBIS, restorative practices, identity-affirming environments, and mental health. Respect is more than a policy; it’s a daily commitment to creating a culture where all students are safe, seen, and valued.
