Safe Schools and Communities
Through San Mateo County's Coalition for Safe Schools and Communities, SMCOE collaborates with other agencies to identify and address the safety needs of county youth.
The Environmental Literacy Initiative's vision is to see school communities and leaders advocate for and prioritize environmental education for all students. Its mission is to equip all students with the knowledge, skills, and experiences to act individually and collectively to bring forward an environmentally sustainable, socially just, and economically thriving existence.
