Site Principal Impact Network (SPIN)

The SPIN (Site Principal Impact Network) is an equity-driven, supportive space where leaders learn from one another, share real challenges, and are sustained through meaningful connection. This affinity space brings together like-minded leaders committed to strengthening schoolwide impact, advancing equitable outcomes, and engaging in honest conversation and shared problem-solving.

A 2026 GAO report confirms that culture and belief systems are the most powerful tools to build inclusive schools. As a community of practice, we will build both the knowledge base and the motivational skills to create inclusive systems by transforming mindsets and beliefs.
