| Number of Training Hours | Stipend Amount |
|---|---|
| 10-20 Hours | $300 |
| 21+ Hours | $500 |
Training Track Stipends are calculated based on ECE Workforce Registry Training Reports. It is the applicant’s responsibility to review their ECE Workforce Registry Training report often and ensure that all professional development hours are represented by May 30, 2026.
You must complete at least 10 hours of professional development (PD) trainings by May 30, 2026, from one of the following sources. Note that repeated trainings are not eligible for a stipend. If your program/worksite participates in Quality Counts San Mateo, ELC Stipend Program trainings can be used to meet the 21 hours of PD required annually for Lead Teachers, Program Directors, and FCC Owners/Directors.
