A Place Where All Belong
The Anne Campbell Child Development Center is an inclusive preschool program where all young children belong and thrive.
Our goal is for all children to feel a sense of belonging, develop friendships, and receive the support they need to thrive.
Operated by the San Mateo County Office of Education, our program is funded in part by the California Department of Education and the California Department of Social Services and licensed through the California Department of Social Services, California Community Care Licensing Division.

Program Philosophy
We welcome all children and families and values the diversity they bring to our learning community. The Anne Campbell Child Development Center lives out its commitment to being an inclusive community by:
- Creating learning opportunities that are fun, age-appropriate, and designed to honor each child’s strengths, interests, and unique learning styles and needs.
- Nurturing positive relationships between children, staff, and families.
- Valuing the unique knowledge and skills of both educators and family members and creating opportunities for collaboration.

Waiting List
Due to limited spaces and funding, we may not be able to offer enrollment to every child at the time of application. If a child is eligible and we do not have space available, the child will be placed on our waiting list.
Once openings become available, we will contact families via email. Families eligible for California State Preschool Program (CSPP) subsidies will be enrolled based on CSPP eligibility criteria.
